Observed cheese, cheese on cook line above fill line of container temp at 51F. Employee threw exposed cheese away. Observed ranch temping at 51F. Employee placed chicken, raw chicken, in walk-in cooler to cool. **Corrective Action Taken** **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2024-07-16: Blue cheese dressing time/temperature control for safety temping at 50F. No other time/temperature control for safety items used in reach in cooler.
