Observed on cook line next to grill Mushrooms (50F – Cold Holding); Grilled onions (49F – Cold Holding). Manager removed and placed new mushrooms on line, and grilled onions. **Corrective Action Taken** **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2024-07-23: Observed chili at 158F. Observed Mushrooms being held cold at 50F. Observed grilled onions at 49F. Manager discarded both items. **Admin Complaint**
