Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Operator set up triple sink, was tested at 0 ppm chlorine. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2024-08-02: Dishwasher sanitizer is not present. Operator has showed inspector where Ecolab is scheduled to come by . Operator will not use machine to sanitize and will use triple sink. Triple sink set up and chlorine was at 150 ppm. Operator has placed sign on machine. Operator also has ordered sanitizer. **Time Extended**
