Observed: in the first cold make table, basil pesto, made today before 10:00am, 51. Observed: on the front line, far end cold make table: Basil pesto 47, aioli pesto 47, cut tomato 45, melon 47, hummus 46. Ice bags were added to each item. The grill is immediately across from the make table. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2024-08-01: Tomato cucumber salad 46, whipped feta 46 all other items 41F or below. **Admin Complaint**
