03A-02-5High Priority – – From initial inspection : High Priority – Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. cooked noodles (46F – Cold Holding)in top of flip top reach-in cooler across from grill. Observed pan of noodles stored above chill line of cooler. Employee removed pan of noodles and placed in bottom of reach-in cooler to chill. Also, tofu (51F – Cold Holding) in glass door reach-in cooler across from ice machine. Operator stated the door was opened a lot during lunch. Operator removed tofu and placed in nearby cooler to chill. **Corrective Action Taken** **Repeat Violation** **Admin Complaint** – From follow-up inspection 2024-10-07: At callback cooked noodles 47F.
