Observed 2 live flying insects near back door where food is being prepared. Observed approximately 7 live flying insects behind cook line on rotten food on floor. Observed approximately 4 live flying insects on rotten food behind deep freezer. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2024-08-08: Observed approximately 9 flying insects behind rice cooker and under hand washing station/triple sink floor drain. **Admin Complaint** – From follow-up inspection 2024-08-14: Observed approximately 7 live flying insects at floor drain of triple sink and next to hand washing station. Person in charge started cleaning floor drain and pipes. **Admin Complaint**
