03E-03-5High Priority – Time/temperature control for safety, commercially processed food reheating for hot holding not heated to a minimum temperature of 135 degrees Fahrenheit in all parts. In the steam table, meatballs (94-137F – Reheating). The manager stated that the meatballs were reheated at 9:00am and had completed reheating. The meatballs were removed from the steam table and reheated to 156F on the second temperature taken. **Corrected On-Site**
