Operator removed items and placed in walk in cooler. **Corrective Action Taken** **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2024-08-21: Observed cut tomatoes (43F); white yogurt sauce (43F); hummus (50F); operator removed hummus placed in walk-in cooler to quick chill.
