High Priority – Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area. Observed 30-40 fruit flies in the bar area in two locations. Behind the bar dish machine and under the handwashing sink area. Did not observe anywhere else in the restaurant, kitchen, dining area, restrooms or storage areas.
