Observed in beverage air cooler Sliced tomatoes 61F at 10:33 to 61F at 10:45 (cooling since 9:30). At this current rate of cooling food will not reach 41F or below within 4 hours. Operator moved sliced tomatoes to walk in cooler. **Corrective Action Taken**
