High Priority – – From initial inspection : High Priority – Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Observed 5 rodent droppings on the back of the mop sink. Observed 4 rodent droppings on the bottom shelf area of the prep table with the slicer. Observed 12 rodent droppings on the floor under the mop sink area and rear exterior door. Observed 5 rodent droppings on and on the ground near the water heater. Observed 14 rodent droppings on the floor under the three compartment sink and storage shelf next to the three compartment sink. Observed 2 rodent droppings on the bottom shelf of the prep table. Observed 2 rodent droppings on the ledge around the air conditioning unit it. In the dry storage room located behind the walk in cooler/walk in freezer over 20 rodent droppings observed along the walls and in the corners behind storage shelves. Operator has had professional pest control service out to remedy situation. Employees began to clean and sanitize areas observed. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2024-08-30: At time of follow up inspection, 2 rodent droppings observed on the electrical box on the wall of the prep area, employee swept and discarded, 3 rodent droppings observed on the floor of the dry storage area behind the walk in cooler and walk in freezer, employee swept and discarded, 1 rodent droppings observed on a bag of tortilla wraps in the dry storage area, operator removed and discarded the tortilla wraps. **Admin Complaint** **Corrective Action Taken**
