Observed cooked potatoes (86F – Cold Holding) in bottom reach in cooler at sandwich station. As per operator for more than 4 hrs. Operator discarded potatoes during inspection. Also observed feta cheese (50F – Cold Holding) in standing reach in cooler in new expansion area. As per operator since yesterday 3/10.

Also observed feta cheese (50F – Cold Holding) in standing reach in cooler in new expansion area. As per operator since yesterday 3/10.

Observed Storage area at expansion area with one standing reach in freezer and two standing reach in coolers. Also observed storage racks with dry goods. Verified on OnBase and observed that plan Reviewer Ossian Brady is in the process of reviewing the plans. The plan reviewer contacted the operator. **Corrective Action Taken**
