Approximately 5 live roaches in and around trash can cabinet next to walk in cooler door in kitchen. Approximately 20 live roaches along wall under triple sink in kitchen. Approximately 8 live roaches along wall under dish machine in kitchen. Approximately 8 live roaches at end of hallway connecting to back of the kitchen dry storage area. Operator began to clean up all live roaches during inspection. **Corrective Action Taken** **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2024-09-10: 1 live roach in men's bathroom. 1 live roach in cabinets at front bar area. 1 live roach by dish machine in back of kitchen.
