Observed in reach in cooler Vegetable egg roll (52F – Cold Holding); pork egg roll (51F – Cold Holding); Chicken (51F – Cold Holding). Cooler has an ambient temperature of 48F. Manager removed TCS foods from cooler. **Corrective Action Taken** **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2024-09-13: Observed vegetable egg roll at 51F. Observed shrimp egg roll at 55F. Cooler still has ambient temperature of 55F. Operator will not use cooler while not cooling properly. **Admin Complaint**
