Flip top cooler: sausage (46F – Cold Holding) Flip top on line: chicken wings (59F – Cold Holding) in unit since 10am. Operator added ice bags to chicken. Flip top cooler on left side: cut lettuce (66F – Cold Holding); cheese (50F – Cold Holding); salad mix (57F – Cold Holding); sliced tomatoes (46F Cold Holding); diced tomatoes (45F – Cold Holding); corned beef (67F – Cold Holding); macaroni (54F – Cold Holding); turkey (48F – Cold Holding) operator added ice to all food in unit. Operator states all food was in unit for 2 hours. **Corrective Action Taken** **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2024-09-13: sausage 49F cold hold, shredded cheese 55F cold hold, diced tomatoes 43F cold hold, corned beef 46F cold holding, macaroni 44F cold hold, salad mix 55F cold hold.
