03A-02-5High Priority – Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In vertical cooler in server area at front line milk (46F – Cold Holding); whipped cream mix (46F – Cold Holding) Operator states door was probably left open for an extended period of time. Milk was voluntarily discarded. Operator moved whipped cream mix to walk in cooler.
