Observed establishment conducting reduced oxygen packaging on raw beef and Salmon without a HACCP plan approved by the Division of Hotels and Restaurants. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2024-11-15: Observed establishment still conducting ROP with out HACCP plan sent to Tallahassee. Inspector spoke with Nelson regarding ROP , he stated they were instructed not to conduct ROP. Inspection of walk in cooler with ROP of chicken and fish. **Admin Complaint**
