Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days. Indoor bar area: ice machine removed, drain board and glass washer removed and is now. Handwash sink has been removed in area next to where ice bin was located. Outdoor bar: drain board near cold holding unit removed. Drain boards on both sides of sink removed and are now storage. Ice bin removed. Kitchen: cold holding unit added, pizza oven added, handsink removed on cookline.
