Inside top of refrigerated make-table at cookline: sliced tomatoes (48F – Cooling 4 hours). Manager stated the tomatoes were sliced this morning and placed inside the cooler to cool. Manager stated the tomatoes were already inside the cooler when he arrived at 11am.
