Item have been out or temperature for approximately 30mins. PIC placed items in reach in freezer to rapid cool. Second temp egg plant (41-44F); hummus (42-43F). – observed fries (54F – Cold Holding) on wait station next to cook line. Item was not prepared or portioned today. Item has been out of temperature for approximately 30 mins.
