Butter PC's (61F – Cold Holding), Pooled eggs (61F – Cold Holding); Shelled eggs (64F – Cold Holding) stored on the cook line area at room temperature. Manager stated the items had been stored at room temperature for approximately 2 hours. Manager placed the items in the reach in cooler. Supplied the operator with Time as a Public Health Control form and time marking procedure. **Corrective Action Taken**
