In the walk-in cooler, observed reduced oxygen packaged foods held longer than 7 days: Picante Sauce dated 9-23-24. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2024-12-04: SOP marinade, Mexican Rice and Chicken Marinade in reduced oxygen packaging with shelf lives tagged for 30 days. Observed raw chicken thawing submerged in water with the faucet barely running/dripping. Operator increased water velocity. **Corrected On-Site** **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2024-12-04: Pork observed thawing under running water but not submerged. Operator had employee correct and submerged the pork. Time extended to next unannounced inspection to allow Operator time to train all food handlers on proper thawing methods. **Time Extended**
